On 25 January 2011, NORDEN initiated a share buyback programme in compliance with the EU Commission Regulation no. 2273/2003 of 22 December 2003, the so-called Safe Harbour method. Under the programme, NORDEN will purchase treasury shares for DKK 170 million in the period from 25 January 2011 to 31 March 2011.
