Pursuant to section 28 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, it is hereby reported that the Company's holding of treasury shares is nominally DKK 2,164,041 corresponding to 5.03% of the share capital.
Compared to the most recent announcement stating the holding of treasury shares in company announcement no. 34 from 28 August 2013, it is an increase of the holding by nominally DKK 23,000, which is due to the Company’s ongoing share buy-back programme.
