As our future colleague and Senior Communications Partner, you will be one of the leading powers advising your business units on various communications matters creating strategic direction and awareness of our brand and values both internally and externally through your innovative ideas.

You will be part of the Communications team, consisting of enthusiastic Communications colleagues who will inspire you and be inspired by you. Your focus will be to be the global go-to partner for the People department and the commercial department called Freight Services & Trading (FST). FST is our asset-light freight service unit, servicing our customers in the dry cargo, product tanker sectors, operating a highly advanced fleet of vessels that can transport anything from oil products to coal, cement, windmill blades and locomotives. You name it.
You will report to the Head of Internal and External Communications, Anne-Louise Dam-Rasmussen.
The tasks that await you
Your main responsibility is to become a trusted communications advisor. Examples of tasks include:
- Partnering on a global scale for several of our fast-growing departments.
- Internal advisory to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Content production and town hall management.
- Media relations work. Including pitches, press releases, crisis communication and talk tracks.
Your competencies and core qualifications
To excel in this role, it is important that you can see yourself in the below statements:
- You are native or fluent in verbal and written English and Danish.
- You hold 5+ years of communications experience in writing and advising.
- You are familiar with the media’s way of working, enabling you to understand the landscape of the industry.
To feel comfortable in this position you also hold strong interpersonal skills enabling you to interact and work with people across levels in NORDEN. Further, you embrace a modern working environment where you can influence as processes are still being built.
