We are seeking an HR Consultant to join our HR Operations team in Copenhagen. As part of a small, collaborative team, you will act as a trusted advisor across functions and locations, delivering HR insight, performance management and actionable recommendations that enhance decision-making, efficiency and clarity across the organisation.
You will collaborate with HR Business Partners and the HR Development team to deliver solution-oriented, flexible HR services to our global employees and managers, ensuring compliance with company procedures, policies and legislation. Service excellence and a solution-driven attitude are essential, as you will help build long-lasting stakeholder relationships throughout the organisation. You will play a key role in managing and optimising HR processes in close collaboration with other departments, e.g. the parental leave process with our salary team, ensuring all documentation is complete, payroll changes are handled accurately and employees receive clear guidance and support throughout their leave.

The tasks that await you
In this role, you will manage a broad range of responsibilities, including:
- Manage the administrative aspects of the employee life cycle, including onboarding, relocations, compensation & benefits and offboarding
- Draft and update employment and termination documents, ensuring accuracy in our HR system ‘Sage People’
- Oversee and optimise processes for e.g. parental leave, collaborating closely with our salary department to ensure seamless payroll adjustments and employee support
- Work with local lawyers to create and update employment contracts for all 20 offices
- Continuously map and improve operational HR processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Your skills and qualifications
You can be new to or experienced in HR, can undertake various administrative tasks in a timely manner and take ownership of your area of responsibility. Ideally, we are looking for a colleague who has:
- A master’s degree in HRM or a related field
- HR experience from a multinational company
- Experience with HR policies and a basic understanding of Danish employment law
- Service-minded approach and proficient time management skills
- Experience with optimisation of HR systems
- Advanced communication skills in English and Danish.
