This is where you come in. We are looking for a new colleague with a keen focus on networking and automation to join our journey from a classic on-premises infrastructure to a modern, cloud-based landscape.
Your core responsibility will be managing NORDEN’s network infrastructure operations. You will act as technical lead on implementation, integration and migration projects while handling day-to-day operations and ensuring stability in close cooperation with the IT team.

Are you ready to create better systems? As our new colleague and IT Systems Administrator, you will be part of the IT Operations & Services team and manage our on-premises network and server infrastructure. You will design and implement secure networking solutions (Cisco Meraki, Fortinet), troubleshoot issues and help automate and scale our Azure environment for efficiency and consistency.
You will be part of an international team of 13, supporting 20 offices worldwide and report directly to the Head of IT Operations & Services.

The tasks that await you
Your main areas of work will include:

Maintaining network solutions based on Cisco and Fortinet.

Managing the day-to-day operation of NORDEN’s virtual server environment.

Playing a supporting role in our transformation into Azure cloud services using infrastructure as code.

Optimising and automating processes related to IT operations and service delivery.

Enhancing ways of working by seeking improvements and exploring new solutions.

Acting as a trusted sparring partner to help IT and business stakeholders make informed decisions on transformation projects.

Assisting IT colleagues in diagnosing and addressing issues.
Your skills and core qualifications

You also bring:

Direct experience with Cisco Meraki and Fortinet network technologies.

Practical experience with virtualisation and Windows Server.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and the suite of Microsoft 365 applications.

Willingness to participate in on-call rotation schedule.
