As our new Microsoft 365 AI Specialist, you will shape how AI-driven workflows come to life across NORDEN. Your insights will be appreciated and will directly elevate the way we design prompts, build agents and ensure secure, scalable usage of Copilot technologies. Working alongside stakeholders throughout the organisation, you will turn business needs into intelligent solutions that enhance our digital foundation.

The task that awaits you
As our Microsoft 365 AI Specialist, you will be the go-to specialist for designing, developing and guiding internal teams in how to effectively build and deploy Copilot-based agents.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Acting as a consultant when superusers design and create Copilot Agents.

  • Designing high-quality agent prompts with a focus on user needs, clarity and interaction quality.

  • Establishing effective governance frameworks to maintain a secure Microsoft 365 AI environment.

  • Advising stakeholders on agent architecture — including patterns, best practices, limitations and deployment strategies.

  • Building and deploying Copilot solutions using your knowledge of topics/flows, actions/tools and publishing to channels such as Teams, Microsoft 365 and web interfaces.

  • Exploring automation opportunities and collaborating with the Business Applications team to translate business needs into digital solutions.

  • Using your experience with Power Apps and the Power Platform to support the creation of interconnected, low-code solutions that elevate internal workflows.

You also bring:

  • You must have legal eligibility to work in Denmark.

  • Solid experience with Microsoft 365 and Copilot Studio.

  • Demonstrated skill in designing and implementing governance frameworks.

  • Skills in crafting user-centric prompts and flows for digital agents.

  • A solid understanding of agent architecture, design patterns and best practices.

  • Experience with Power Platform and low-code development.

  • The ability to translate complex challenges into intuitive, value adding solutions.
