At NORDEN, we enable global trade as a publicly listed company, committed to transparency and robust governance, while seamlessly connecting cargo, ports and people across the world.
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Legal team in Copenhagen. You will play a key role in coordinating governance and compliance processes, managing critical documentation and supporting strategic initiatives.
This includes organising high-profile events across global locations, ensuring accurate regulatory communication and providing executive-level assistance to the board of directors and senior leaders.
What is in it for you
You will become a trusted partner supporting the board and executives. This position provides diverse responsibilities, global insights and opportunities to enhance strategic and administrative processes.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in corporate governance and executive support, managing Board agendas while being the Executive Assistant to the Head of Group Legal and the Head of Asset Management.
You will manage critical tasks such as preparing stock exchange announcements and handling notarisation and apostille of documents, ensuring compliance and smooth execution.
This role positions you as a key partner in complex functions — collaborating with executives, supporting strategic decisions and ensuring essential processes run efficiently.
The task that awaits you
In this role, you will handle a variety of responsibilities. Specifically, your work will focus on tasks such as:
- Prepare and coordinate board meetings, including agendas, materials and documentation.
- Draft and manage stock exchange announcements and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Organise notarisation and apostille of documents.
- Plan and execute events in Japan and Copenhagen for the Asset Management team.
- Provide personal assistance to senior leaders, including travel arrangements and daily support.
What you bring
You possess a collaborative approach and are skilled at clear, effective communication, whether with colleagues or external partners.
Further, we are looking for a colleague who has:
- 2 or more years of experience from a similar role and/or as advokatsekretær.
- Proficient communication skills in English and Danish.
- Experience in coordinating complex administrative tasks and events.
- Highly developed skills in organisation and meticulousness.
Further, you must be eligible to work in Denmark.
An approachable nature and problem-solving skills are also significant, as you will interact with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. And you do not see it as a challenge to handle confidential information with discretion.
