HR Consultant

NORDEN is looking for a HR Consultant to join our HR Operations team in our Headquarters in Hellerup. 

Our HR Operations team currently consists of one other HR Consultant and one Salary Consultant and works closely with our HR Partners and Development team to deliver a proactive and flexible HR service to all global employees and managers, whilst ensuring compliance with company procedures, policies, and legislation.

The tasks that await you 

The HR Operations team is responsible for the administrative part of the employee life cycle such as initiating relocations for international employees, drafting employment and termination documents and updating data in our HR System ‘Sage People’.

In close collaboration with local lawyers, we create and update employment contracts for all 13 offices and will during 2023 start creating global employee handbooks and map out and improve our different operational processes.

The HR Operations team also have the full ownership of ‘Sage People’ and another project for 2023 will be improving the functionality of it. We support our HR Business Partners, Development team, offices administrators and managers with both data and guidance on everyday use.

You will be main point of contact together with one other HR Consultant for operational inquiries from employees across our global offices. This is a great opportunity to further expanding the role when coming from a solid HR operational role.

The role has a good balance of standard operational tasks and project work where you will be the main project lead with a natural sparring with your close colleagues. This is a good opportunity to combine more traditional operational tasks with project management.

Your competences and core qualification 

Our ideal candidate has strong experience with HR procedures and can undertake various administrative tasks in a timely manner.   

To be successful in this role, you also bring: 

  • Relevant HR experience from a multinational company (such as HR Generalist, HR Specialist, HR Assistant or similar)  

  • Experience working with HR policies and a basic level of Danish employment law knowledge  

  • Experience with data integrity and accuracy of data and systems 

  • Have a service-minded approach 

  • Demonstrated time management skills 

  • Advanced written and oral communications skills in English and Danish.
