NORDEN is looking for enthusiastic and curious student assistant to join our Risk Management department.
Your tasks will be focused on credit risk, credit risk assessments and data quality maintenance. The position is based in our headquarter in Hellerup, Copenhagen. The role is part-time, and we expect you to be able to work 15-20 hours per week.
About our team
We are part of the trading floor, and on a daily basis our services are used, not only to manage risk in volatile freight markets but also to advice freight traders to make better decisions. We are responsible for identifying, measing and monitoring market risks, credit risks, sanctions risks and liquidity risks. In addition, we also manage the overall bunker market risk.
Our freight traders actively take certain risks to create margins with one of them being credit risks. To ensure we appropriately price credit risk, we provide the freight traders with credit assessments that include a credit rating which defines their authority to take credit risk.
